Bheri:

The Bheri is an old instrument (53cm long) played at the Nuwakot palace in Nuwakot while worshiping the Goddess Bhairavi. In earlier times it was heard as part of daily rituals but now is only seen on the occasions of special worship and at festivals. It is made of copper and its tubular shape is bent back on itself to form a straight-sided oval like that of a bugle before it widens out into a bell. Changing the position and balance of the mouthpiece on the lips alters the sound.
